You should probably read chapter 3, section 3.1.1 to learn basic 
invocations of Frama-C analysers.
Basically, you just have to give the preprocessing command line and the 
list of all files you want to analyse.
By the way you have to know what you want to analyse in your code and 
invoke the tool accordingly. You should probably start your experiments 
with simple basic examples to understand what kind of analysis Frama-C 
provides.
