I was hopeful that Barbara's solution would work for me as well. Sadly, this
was not the case.

 

$ WHYLIB=C:\cygwin\usr\local\Frama-C\share\frama-c\why

$ WHYLIB=C:/cygwin/usr/local/Frama-C/share/frama-c/why

 

$ frama-c -jessie-analysis -jessie-gui a.c
