Yes, I definitely tested the updated environment variables:

 

$ WHYLIB=C:/cygwin/usr/local/Frama-C/share/frama-c/why

 

$ echo $WHYLIB

C:/cygwin/usr/local/Frama-C/share/frama-c/why

 

$ FRAMAC_SHARE=C:\cygwin\usr\local\Frama-C

 

$ echo $FRAMAC_SHARE

C:/cygwin/usr/local/Frama-C
