[Frama-c-discuss] Jessie subprocess failed

my colleague Juan Soto had posted slightly different paths.

$ export WHYLIB="C:/cygwin/usr/local/Frama-C/share/frama-c/why"
$ export FRAMAC_SHARE="C:/cygwin/usr/local/Frama-C"

This worked for him. Good luck!
