Do not hesitate to report those on the bts (https://bts.frama-c.com).
Although we can offer no guarantee that all reported bugs will be fixed, we
need to be aware that a bug exists to fix it. Case in point, as far as I
know, we had never encountered the problem you found. As a rule of thumb,
all crashes should be reported.
