Dear list,

we would like to inform you that Frama-C 19.0 Potassium is a priori the
last release compatible with OCaml 4.02.3. Starting from 20.0 Calcium (to
appear toward the end of the year if everything goes well), we will require
4.05 at least (of course we won't intentionally break compatibility with
former OCaml versions, but they have been removed from our CI setup). OCaml
4.05 is available in the current Debian stable (10) and Ubuntu LTS (18.04).
