Does you cpulimit.c work when compiled with "-mno-cygwin' option ?

Hi,
 
I faced the same problem. I did the enclosed cpulimit.c file (whose executable should replace the existing bin\why-cpulimit.exe).
It works fine under Cygwin/XP!

	Hello,
	I am using the latest release or Windows,
	 
	I want to mention, that the timeout does not work and the solvers (except ergo) take as much ram as they can gobble, almost disabling my system. I have to abort the solvers manually
