The error message was the following.

$ frama-c -count-for tmp1.c
[kernel] error: unexpected error Not_found
[kernel] error: please report as `crash' at http://bts.frama-c.com

So I expected that this was clear enough, wasn't it?
By the way, this bug is fixed now (http://bts.frama-c.com/view.php?id=163).
