Hello,

in example 5.14.7 of the plugin-developer guide, the copy visitor is
initialized with File.create_project_from_visitor. However, this doesn't
execute the visitor and I get 
[kernel] warning: no input file
if I try run the plugin on a test c-file. What's missing?
