Could you send the contents (at least the beginning) of 
c:\DOKUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOKALE~1\Temp\gwhy6a475a_why.smt ?

please also tell us the versions of yices and cvc3

Sorry, my mistake, why-cpulimit expects first a time limit in seconds, 
so use

why-cpulimit 10 yices -pc 0 smt < /cygdrive/c/Dokumente\ und\ 
Einstellungen/Administrator/Lokale\ Einstellungen/Temp/gwhy6a475a_why.smt


> $ why-cpulimit cvc3 -lang smt < /cygdrive/c/Dokumente\ und\ Einstellungen/Admin
