Dear Frama-C users,

The Frama-C team is proud to introduce a new release of Frama-C.
It is available at http://frama-c.cea.fr/download.html
This is a Beta release: as such is is not yet completly polished.
Some manuals are not yet up to date and only a source distribution is 
available.
Pre compiled binaries may become available later this month.

The main goal of this release is to provide a more stable API to plugin 
developers.
Many changes have occured since Lithium: if you are a plugin developer, 
do not hesitate to re-read the plugin development guide and to ask for 
support to port your plugins.
Many bugs were corrected in existing plugins.
The new internal architecture will permit more frequent updates of 
individual plugins, including binary updates thanks to native Ocaml 
dynamic loading.

As always do not hesitate to report bugs and to ask for help.
