You need in addition gnomecanvas and gtksourceview. On the Ubuntu side,
this should be obtained through packages 
libgtksourceview-dev
liblablgtk2-gnome-ocaml-dev
and their dependencies.

Then, you should be able to install frama-c and why (which contains the
jessie plugin).
