With your favorite text editor:
$ emacs journal_name.ml

In case you want to execute it with Frama-C, you could run:
$ frama-c -load-script journal_name.ml

It is an OCaml file which is a valid Frama-C script. It replays the very 
same results as the ones computed in the original Frama-C session.
