Sizes, alignments, builtin functions, ..., and many other
implementation-defined behaviors, several of which can be influenced
by toolchain options.  Indeed, for proper static analysis of C code
you need a rather precise model of the toolchain, one that includes
the effect of each option that may influence the program semantics.
