Rats! The graph.cma and graph.cmxa files are not installed
in /usr/local/Frama-C/lib/frama-c for some reason. However I compiled
ocamlgraph from source using compilers from
/usr/local/Frama-C/ocaml-4.00.1p/bin, then compiled and installed Why-2.32,
and got Jessie installed and working:

$ /usr/local/Frama-C/bin/frama-c -jessie-help
Plug-in name: jessie
Plug-in shortname: jessie
Description: translation to Why/Jessie
