This email only tells you that the issue is fixed in the Frama-C 
development version and the patch will be part of the next public release.

As David Mentre said, you have to wait until we publish this new public 
release. If you want this patch now, you can still pay for the Frama-C 
starting kit: among other options, it provides a read access to the 
development version of Frama-C. This starting kit also provides an 
access to non-open-source plug-in like Mthread for evaluation purposes
